A reflection back on our time exhibiting at the inaugural Motorsport Days.Live

“I’m excited to see what the future holds for this show. I think the guys at MotorsportDays have really understood what the audience wants and for their first year, I can happily say I thought it was a great show. Hosting the show in a fantastic location – Silverstone – is a seller in itself; as an exhibitor, arriving at the wing already got me thrilled to be here.”

Walero take a look back to their time exhibiting at the inaugural MotorsportDays.Live event, earlier this November at Silverstone.

Motorsport Days set out their vision to take a motorsport exhibition to the next level, with their inaugural event that took place on the 2nd and 3rd of November. A show that can offer the market a fresh, exciting opportunity for professionals to connect at the iconic international circuit – Silverstone. The event is held in the stunning ‘WING’ section, which in itself is pretty amazing. Additionally, what made it even better was the atmosphere created with the track open for cars to be tested for interested drivers. We thought the show was impressive and we really enjoyed our two days spent there. Creating a show that combined both an exhibition up in the halls, and the garages open below for race teams is a real game changer. Not only does this allow professionals to network, but it also appeals to racing drivers who have the opportunity to trial out a variety of race cars. It felt as though you was attending a race meet with the additional benefits of networking with other motorsport professionals.

Pat had the following to say about the event:

“I’m excited to see what the future holds for this show. When asked about the event, Giorgio said:

“I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Combining both the exhibition hall and the track for race teams just created a real good atmosphere. The contacts I made and the conversations I had with other professionals was refreshing; you can tell everyone was there for a genuine, serious purpose.”

Giorgio Favarulo – Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

Walero, represented by Pat and Giorgio, had their stand set up in Hall 2. As you can see from the images below, Paddock Space done an incredible job of creating our stand. The stand was in a perfect location; right besides an exit door leading to the viewing point for the track, and also just before the walkway of entering Hall 1. There was a real excitement around the show with it being the inaugural event. It was great for both Pat and Giorgio to engage with professionals who had a real interest in Walero. Fiona James, Owner and Founder of Walero, featured as a guest speaker on the second day of the event. It was great to see Fiona feature on the panel in a discussion based around the topic of ‘Women in Motorsport’. Fiona has recently raced in the European GT4 Series, as well as racing at the iconic track of Le Mans in this years Aston Martin support race. Furthermore, Fiona has now announced some exciting news for her upcoming 2019 season! Click on the link to Fiona James’ website for more information.
